DANWISE warmly invites all female ECRs to join us for our first online workshop.
We will equip participants with the tools to effectively showcase their skills in a CV. Career counselling expert Vibeke Broe will discuss the different formats and expectations for Academic vs Industry CVs, with professional tips and perspectives from experts from each field.
Unlike other CV writing workshops, we wish to address the imposter syndrome mentality which is common to women. Specifically, how this lack of confidence leads them to under-sell, under-promote, and under-negotiate for themselves while seeking and applying for job opportunities.
